l820-00165 Missing PM_SLP_S4_

HI all,

This board was liquid dmg.

around U7501 After replacing U7501 and some caps i got PP5V_s5 , pp3v3_s5 . but mising slp singal.

I replaced U1950 and i got fan spinning, CPU_Vcore but no chime as missing pm_pch_sys_pwrok and pm_pch_pwrok.

I replaced it again 3 times but missing slp signal again. checked the rials any short but nothing. Also replaced Q8150. Clock signal and vrtc accurate.


Any clue?

Probably crap accumulated under BGA chips.
You should start reballing SMC.

PM_SLP_S4_L must pulses before you bother with U1950.
