Liquid damaged 820-01958 no power, 5.230v, 0.000a

This board has been to another shop, apparently they just cleaned it but didn't do any board repair.

5.23v on the amp meter and 0.000a.

Values in parentheses (diode mode)

PPBUS_G3H 1.2v and for about 10 secs drops down to 0.9v before looping back to 1.2v rinse repeat (0.460)
PPDCIN_G3H 5.12v
PP5V_G3S 0v
PP3V3_G3H 0.161v (0.399)
PP1V8_G3S 0v (0.298)

U7000
CHGR_CSIR_N 5.12v (0.580)
CHGR_CSIR_P 5.12v (0.539)
CHGR_COMP 1.15v (0.573)
PP1V8_SLPS2R 0.7v slowly drops (0.364)
CHGR_AUX_DET 1.285v (0.575)
CHGR_LX1 0v
CHGR_LX2 0v
CHGR_BOOT1 5.12v
CHGR_BOOT2 5.12v
PPCHGR_VDDA 5.12v
CHGR_CSOR_P 1.2v -> 0.9v cycle
CHGR_CSOR_N 1.2v -> 0.9v cycle

I did swap out U7000 and no difference, although I stupidly didn't record all the values beforehand other than 5v all over the place.

We still need some voltage readings from U7000: SMC_RST_IN, VDDP, EN_MVR, AUX_OK, A/BMON.
Also check resistance (ohm scale) over C7020/23.

SMC_RST_IN
Looks like I need to lift the U7000 to get a reading on SMC_RST_IN - is that correct?
CHGR_VDDP 5.12
AUX_OK seems to be an NC pin under U7000, is that correct?
PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR_AMON 0v
PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR_BMON 0.026v
C7020 4.6 ohms between pins 1 and 2 (is this what you meant?)
C7023 33 ohms

I'm back working on this board after the Christmas break. I got the U7000 problem sorted out and back at 20v. Everything seemed ok after I removed a couple of the components and put them back in order to check some of the values you asked me to check.

The problem I now have with the board is one that I previously had but had somehow attributed it to U7000 but realise now it had nothing to do with that and that I had replaced it unnecessarily, and thereby caused the above problems.

I found that L8750 had pretty much melted into the board, taken out CC774 and CC775 with it. The PP5V_G3S pads on all three of those components are gone.

PP5V_G3S at the moment reads 5V.

PP1V1_S3 however is only 0.053 in diode mode (151 ohms to ground) and I'm not sure how to go about troubleshooting this. I have removed U8100 and C8102 and injected 1v into PP1V1_S3 but nothing lit up under the thermal camera and only 0.01a was drawn on the DCPS. Any ideas?

You should compare diode mode reading on 1V1_S3 with good board.
You can't detect any heat signature injecting into 150 ohm to ground.
If the reading is really low, very likely bad CPU...
