M1 Pro 820-02020 not charging

found exactly same issues on this two similar board which are not charging.but board run from battery alone even charger alone.just not allow charger when both charger and battery connected.it run from battery if battery has charged when battery and charger connected and not allowing 20v.replaced so far ISL.type C from donor board and exactly same positions.all data line is fine and have voltage,waveform on OSC.
any idea?

Check resistance (ohm scale) over C5220/60.

Is the battery percentage showed correctly?
Check w/ and w/o charger connected.
Did you try another battery data cable?

when connect both battery and charger together charger not detected.so its only show battery icon and obviously percentage can not see because charger icon not showed up.
changed battery data cable,battery same issue.

The percentage must appear on the battery icon; no need to have charger connected/detected.
Battery percentage should decrease in time, if battery is in use.

Is the machine recognized in DFU mode?
