Mac Studio won't turn on

This is my first time using this model and I haven't found any boardview or schematics. If you have any tips, please.

I removed the power supply and with it only on the power supply, there is no 12v! My question is, does it generate 12v without it being connected to the board?

Some capacitors on the board, near where the power supply is connected, are shorted (in diode mode 0.001). How can I find out which line it is? Can I only compare it with a good board?

Any help would be great.

There is 12V standby voltage to be generated.
Main 12V power rail requires enable from MLB.

No schematic/boardview available.
Some reverse enginering must be done there.
