Macbook 12" keyboard issue

Hi

I have this Macbook 12" with keyboard problem. keyboard was sticky not always. some time it wouldn't worked. i thought the keyboard would be the issue but new keyboard also does the same thing even with new track pad. i have done SMC reset and PRAM reset. i have no idea what is this weird issue. could you please shed some light on this problem? what else do i need to do?

All the keys non-working?
Trackpad works correctly?
Check them before and after logged into macOS; try to access boot menu.

keys works but some time sticky. if i press one key other multiple keys get pressed. some time works fine and another time keep pressing automatically.even before logged in and in boot menu also. i have tried by changing keyboard and track pad both but still same issue.
