Macbook 820-000165A only works with battery

Hi, i have no experience with macbook boards.
The board works perfectly with battery, if battery goes down, never power on.
If i disconnect battery and i release all residual electricity from the board the mac power on with the charger and works perfectly, even if i connect the batery now, the battery starts charge ok, and all works ok. But if i disconnect the power adapter and connect again stop working, no light, on charger.
So summarizing:
With battery works ok but no charging
Without battery: i must release residual electric or wait about 5 minutes or shorcut the main 14.5v -> plug in charger, and works. If i disconnect the charger, and plug in again no works till release the residual electricity, and i dont have any voltage on connector or main rail.

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Did you test with original Magsafe 2 charger?

So PPDCIN_G3H doesn't appear when doesn't turn on with charger?
In such case, must be leakage problem.
What is the exact R7012 resistance value (measured onboard)?
If correct, then change Q7180.

R7012 - 67.7k
With magsafe connected and battery disconnected i only have PPDCIN_G3H when the board si discharged. With the board working with magsafe if i remove the magsafe and Connect again i lose light on magsafe and PPDCIN_G3H has about 1.1v droping to 1.0 - 0.9 - 0.8 when voltage drops to near 0.2v magsafe charger works again

Ok, i need to order one , couse dont have pieces.
Dont know if is normal that R7012 has 68k when the board si discharged, when with magsafe is working and i disconnect the charger the valué of R7012 si too high i meses to wait board discharged to come back to 68k

You must allow time to discharge remanent voltage, before checking onboard in diode mode, or resistance.

Did you test if works with fake charger, or lab PSU?
That will confirm leakage problem.

With a lab PSU always power on but not charging battery
I just notice that with os started the backligjt blink a little if i turn down the bright the blinking is very strong

Ok the blinking issue looks becouse corrosión on r7741 and c7714 on LCD backlight driver, r7741 is missing , but i think is not related with the power on issue no ?

Very likely bad Q7180.
D7012 gives problems sometime too.
Check DCIN_ISOL_GATE voltage with lab PSU.
If good, then Q7180 problem...

Ok thx you with lab PSU dcin_isol_gate is 6.7v
The blinking blacklight problem is solved with a new r7741
I Will order a q7180 and post back if problem is solved or not

Only original charger can stop to deliver PPDCIN_G3H; if detects input leakage.
Test with other DCIN board.

I tried before with lab psu and works ok.
i removed r7012 and it is 68k

I have another board, and with only battery connector (without the magsafe) i have 0v in PPBUS_G3H, and the faulty has 4.8v in PPBUS_G3H
