Macbook 820-00165 No Boot

SMC and U6100 is already reballed or replaced. Flux all around.

C0892 was corodded. Replaced.

Getting all voltages at U1950
PLT RESET L goes high.
PPBUS at 8.57V
Fan Spin Normal.

CPU gets a bit hot though i feel or maybe its normal. I dont know.

It reacts to the on/off key and the fan spin start/stops.

What can be the issue?

Did the machine arrived with BIOS chip reworked?
If yes, flash known good BIOS, clean ME.
