Hi. I have this A1425 with a missing PP5V_S5. I replaced U7000 and U7201 same thing. There was a moment before i did anything that it showed green light once and powered on and then it stopped. The SMC I also re-balled.

PPBUS_G3H -12.3v
PPDCIN_G3H - 15.2v
PP3V42_G3H - 3.4v
PPVRTC_G3H - 3.4v

Do you get 3V3_S5/SUS now?
PPBUS_G3H voltage is correct?

Be sure to use original 60/85W Magsafe 2 charger.

May be bad SMC, or not good soldered.
Put back original SMC.
Try to get correct PPBUS_G3H again.

Check if SMC_PM_G2_EN comes on.

Machine being slow can be caused by bad battery.
You should test with known good battery.

Did you run corresponding ASD test?

We can close this case the new smc somehow burned i soldered back the old SMC and still the same. I advised client that also the battery is bad, and he didn't want to proceed, just data taken out.

Thanks :)
