MacBook A1466 2015 820-00165 No Fan Spin.

Yes i did check Q7130 shorted to ground and it was not. R7120 no beep with L7130. I am a rookie at macboard repairing and wanted to be sure before i power it. So can i safely power it now.

Powered on but no fan spin and PPBUS_G3H missing. Changed Q7130 and still missing. So i decided to check all voltages again and 3V3_SUS also missing.

PPBUS_G3H - 120 mv

3V3_S5 – 3.3 v
3V3_SUS – 1.6 mv
PM_BATLOW_L – 586 mv
PM_DSW_PWRGD – 3.4v
PCH_DSWVRMEN – 3.1v
PM_RSMRST_L – 2.3 mv
PM_PWRBTN_L – 1.4 v

I'm wonder why do you check secondary voltages derived from PPBUS_G3H, when this is missing...

Post U7100 basic voltages; pins 1, 2, 3, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 27.

Checking pin voltages for U7100 and suddenly charger light goes off. Now no green or amber light. Changed u7100 but still no green light. Seems i screwed up but i am sure there was no short while checking. Should i give up on this one or is there hope?

L7520 to Ground – 900K ohms and keeps dropping
L7560 to Ground – 900K ohms and keeps dropping
L7430 to Ground – 900K ohms and keeps dropping
L7630 to Ground – 203.5ohms
L3095 to Ground – 1.01 M ohms and keeps dropping
L7701 to Ground – 600K ohms and keeps dropping
L7320 to Ground – 24.80 ohms
L7310 to Ground – 24.80 ohms

Do you mean 400 miliohm?
That is pure short and seems to be safe to inject voltage.
1-2V should be good enough to find the culprit; maybe just a capacitor.
