PPBUS_G3H stuck at 0.5V.
Removed the fuse.
Pin 2 is 0.5V and Pin 1 is 1V.

Pin 2 is 0.452
Pin 1 is 0.003.

I was expecting you to remove Q7130 and check if short gone off...

C7140 as broken. repalced it. Machine now switches on. I can use the mouse and input the password when it switches on the first time. Post that the keyboard and mouse stop working. The on/ff switch works though.

Very weird.

Check all TPAD_SPI resistors and traces.

Q3088 was coroded. Cleaned it. Issue Resolved.
