Macbook A1466 820-00165 PPBUS

Initially PPBUS was 8.15v.
Checked SMC was already reballed.
Replaced SMC. Now PPBUS is 8.6V but board wont turn on.
On the AMP Meter initially it spikes to 500-600 amps twice and then settles at 30amp.

In SMC Bypass Fan Spins twice and then shut.

SMC AVREF and SMC RESET L

PP5v_S4 also absent.

SMC_MANUAL_RST_L stuck at 2.8V

Do you get pulse on all coils?

No Pulse at all.

Check that in SMC bypass.
If fan tries to spin at least 5V coil must pulse.

No Fan Spin in SMC Bypass. PP5v_S4RS3 is 0V stable

I replaced the SMC. Now there is pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L when SMC_ONOFF_L is trigerred

Amp Draw is same. Spiked to 600-700 amps twice then settles at 30 amps.

Now Fan Spins Twice in SMC. Bypass Mode.

I get pulse twice at PP5v_s4 and other coils in correspondence with the fan spin.

Everytime i press the power button i get a fan spin.
When fan spins all voltages spike.

Even without SMC bypass if trigger SMC_ONOFF_L - the voltages are pulsing

Pins 27 and 28 Voltage is 15V.

is it correct?

Checked R7121 and R7122. Voltage Resistance between U7100 Pin 27 and 28 is around 20 Ohms.

Checked R7151 and R7152. Voltage Resistance between U7100 Pin 17 -> 18 is around 3.6 Ohm.

Magsafe light will not turn on when charger is connected the first time. Usually it turns on after connecting it the 2nd time.
Initially i thought it was loose connection but it happening everytime.

When no Magsafe - the voltages are same as it is when Magsafe is On.
