Machine came in dead. Beep Sounds coming.
Reflowed the RAM. Machine turns on.
Works for 20-30 mins then shuts down.

Won't turn on.
Disconnect the battery and connect the charger - turns on with the Black Screen Error "Macbook restarted because of a Problem".

This keeps going on.

In many cases RAM beep error is not caused by RAM chips.
Keep in mind, RAM bus connects RAM with CPU.
A failure on CPU side is the most common problem.

Test if turns on in SMC bypass mode.

Any error pops up starting in diagnostic mode?

the machine turns on. works fora good 15-20 mins when turned on normally.

Diagnosis gave battery replace soon error PPT002.
Even without battery and just on charge the device shuts off.

Now it rebooted a couple of times and turned on with a panic error.

Replaced SSD. Working fine now.
