Forget SMC bypass, you have almost all voltages, except VCORE.
However, Google knows something about SMC bypass; for the future.

Try known good BIOS.

I replaced the BIOS chip from another identical board, no changes! could you give me your bios?

To reset SMC and NVRAM you need a keyboard, but as I wrote earlier, the touchpad clicks but the caps lock does not light up green when pressed, which means the keyboard does not work.it's just stuck at 20v and 0.200-0.218a

As I said, forget SMC bypass.
I asked about it in my first reply, when I didn't know almost anything about your board.

There are two options: bad T2 and bad CPU. And as I understand it, it’s impossible to check either one or the other?

I removed the cable on the J8500 connector and found a burnout between PP5V_S0_ALSCAM_F and GND, possibly due to water damage. Maybe this will help determine the malfunction (no short circuit was found)!
