Macbook A1706 Stuck at 20V.

Board Stuck at 20V.
Trackpad Clicking. No Caps Key Toggle. No Touchbar. No Chime. No Boot.

Only Board on Bench.

Some Corrossion at the Caps below J5260.
Cleaned them. Not Shorted but Voltage is Cycling.
USB_TA_CC2 is cycling from 0V to 1.8v (When plugged in to the same side C Port)
HALLSENSOR_RIGHT is stable at 3.4V
PPBUS_G3H is 13V.

While checking Voltages the Machine goes very hot.
On the Thermal Camera its the CPU that goes upto 100 Degree Celcius with the adapter connected.

Which CPU coils get voltage?

Only L8000/50 getting 1V.
Rest all 0V.

Diode Readings to Ground :
L7410/20/30 is 0.003
L7210/220 is 0.007

No reason to get hot without core voltage.
