board after filling with liquid! which is why the u2300 burned out. Since I have no idea how the DDR is selected, I removed all 4 modules from a similar board and placed them on this board!

Is it permissible to replace DDR like this?
Are any other actions necessary after replacing the DDR? this is my first time!

As per schematic, RAM specific straps are the same for both Samsung and Micron chips.
So no problem to replace them directly.

L7660 voltage is stable?
Any pulse at L7600?
Check there when trigger SMC_ONOFF_L.

Apparently the battery ran out a little overnight and now the MacBook consumes 20V/1A
L7660 voltage is stable? YES =3.3V STABIL
SMC_ONOFF_L to the ground and L7600=0.00 STABIL
The fans don't spin, the caps lock doesn't light up, the touchpad doesn't click. MacBook is cold but charging

Check for drop pulse at PM_PWRBTN_L, at same time when trigger SMC_ONOFF_L.

That's wrong; should be 3.3V when power button isn't pressed.
What about diode mode to ground reading?

Check R1210 integrity.

PM_PWRBTN_L in diode mode 0.020 I applied 1 volt to it! then I measured it in deode mode again and the indicator changed to 0.580. I assembled the MacBook and the system turns on but there is no picture and caps lock does not work! The touchpad clicks, the fans are spinning! The power button turns the MacBook on and off! PM_PWRBTN_L=3.3v

Possibly PCH problem.

Do you get CPU and GPU core voltages?
PLT_RESET_L comes high?

You can try known good BIOS, just in case.

I removed the BIOS chip from another similar board and no changes!
PLT_RESET_L=3.3v.

CPU core should drop to 0.65V aprox, when board boots.

Liquid spilled boards are nightmare.
You may have bad CPU, or accumulated crap underneath.

Only the bottom part of the board was damaged by the liquid, but I reball all the chips except PCH!
