I take of a J9600 lifeboat. but the behavior doesn't change. I connected a disk with the system installed with and without J9600. the behavior is the same. The option for selecting an SSD does not work.
the only thing that changes the behavior of the command+R , then it hangs on the logo and nothing happened in a day.

I would like to make sure. You and I too often end up with repairs saying it might be a bad CPU. I would like us to somehow determine this for sure.

it seems low to me and the tester is ringing
could this indicate that this is a 99% dead CPU?

You should compare with good board.
