Macbook A1707 fan spped , touch bar end restart

they changed the keyboard, now the touchbar doesn't work
comes back on and off.

the left fan goes 1000
i checked q600 / 50 the pp3v is present
I checked the resistances and they are not burned
I have not tried with another fan.

Check for knocked off components, broken traces, damaged connectors.
