Macbook A1708 (820-00875) Camera Flexgate

Machine came in for no camera .
There is already a Light flexgate repair done. The camera flex was ripped off.
Repaired that too just like the flexgate. But still no camera.

On Board C3833 and C3832 were full of green. Cleaned it. Diode Mode Values are normal so didnt change.

I2C_CAM_SDA_CONN
I2C_CAM_SCL_CONN

Both go to 1.7V.

What can be the issue ?

ALS works?
Tested known good LCD assembly?

I redid my flexgate repair.Now it shows camera connected in the settings but it still doesnt work.
The green led blinks on and off.

ALS works - I put a torch on the camera and the brightness started adjusting automatically.

Did i do the flex wrong? i do not have a known good assembly right now to check.

Don't you keep broken screens for test purpose in the workshop?

We do LCD Only repairs mostly. So no broken screens here. LCD only is cheap

You don't need exact same model MacBook screen for test.
Any A1706/7 serves for testing purpose.
