After the update to Ventura, dark lines appeared on the display. what can be done?

Test again with original macOS.

I installed the system using command+r

the owner says that it appears and disappears randomly, sometimes after a few hours, sometimes every other day and after a while everything disappears. Could there be a problem with the display board?

Should be a problem with LCD.
Test with known good one.
