One Port Goes upto 20V with very little current draw.
Another Port Goes upto 20V and the amp meter reboots. (Master Port used for DFU)

Machine not in DFU.
PPBus is 12.32V (Stable in 1 Port and Cycling on the other)

Board is clean. No Signs of Corossion or Dust.
PP3v3_S5 and PP1v8_S5 is not shorted.

Compare diode mode readings around U3100/200.

Check if board turns on with a charged battery.

Diod mode readings seem okay.

Do not have a charged battery to check.

Tried Changing the USB C Port. Still the same.
One Port Stable at 20V and the Other Port Rebooting.

Can't see it on DFU?
T2's SLPS2R and AWAKE voltages present?

No. I entered DFU via the key combination method but it gets stuck halfway and eventually gives an error 4042. Tried with and without battery and a new trackpad too.

Try with empry SoC ROM.
Don't forget to make backup first.
