Try DFU shorting 3V3_S5 to ground.
Also test with known good battery (holding some charge).

You may have T2 problem; its RAM...

Is T2 RAM in the top layer of the T2 chip?I can replace it ?ram?

Yeah, T2 top layer is the the RAM.
I don't have a clear confirmation if this is possible.
If you have time to spend, choose another RAM with the same size.

I need experience and understanding. and I hope I will find it faster with you. I have experience in reball t2 and there should be no problems. the main thing is that it really is ram t2.

Can only the T2 chip be transferred or some other chips on this model? (maybe there is some kind of EEPROM)

If you replace the T2, will need to get the Touch ID from same donor board; or lose the fingerprint reader.
