Macbook A2141 - DFU Error 6

Machine had come in dead a a few weeks ago. PPBUS was at 12.3V and was stuck in DFU. DFU Revive did the trick.
It came in again today. This time PPBUS is 12.6V.
SSD Lines are not shorted as well but still get DFU Error 6 on both revive and restore.

SSD1 diode mode reading is 0.400.
SSD0 diode mode reading shows 0.100 first and then jumps to 0.400 gradually.

PP2v5_NAND_SSD0 is 0.100V
PP2v5_NAND_SSD1 is 2.5V cycling every 20-25s

There is some corrosion on caps near U9850 but these are outputting voltages.
I am confused as to what can be the issue.

Sudden death is usually caused by NANDs problems.
And 20-25s cycling also points to NANDs.

Normally, padlock sign means DFU has been completed.
However not sure if should jump from halfway to padlock is correct.

If battery is not connected, test with different cables.
140W charger requires electronically marked cable; mandatory for >=100W USB-C power.
Even 96W charger doesn't turn on A2141 MLB alone, with any cable; just confirmed that 30 minutes ago.

In fact, I also tested a chinese 140W charger and didn't start A1707 MLB.
I checked in system report and it appeared like 60W.
Then I tested it again with the cable from original 140W charger and it starts A2141 board.
So the cable is VERY important for 96/140W chargers; to be correctly recognized by the MLB.

Do you get now correct voltages on both SSD0/1 areas?
