Macbook A2141 Not turning ON

PPBUS at 12.6V
PP2V5_NAND_SSD1 is 2.5V.

The Machine goes into DFU but gets stuck.

I get Mouse Click. AMP Meter at 20V.
ALL SSD Lines have diode mode readings of .400.

PP1V8_S5 and PP3v3_S5 are missing. ( Both Diode Mode Readings are fine)
Remove the FUSEs.

PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_REG is .543
BUT PPBUS_G3H is .340 ( Seems odd to me)

Is there a minor short on PPBUS_G3H ?

HISTORY : We hade replaced all 6 NANDs about a month back.

Did you try now DFU restore, or just revive?
What error do you get?

Check for drop pulse at SSD voltages every 20-25 seconds.

I tried Revive first. it gets stuck halfway with no error for more than 10-15 minutes.

SSD voltage was stable for a good 30 seconds and more

putting it again on dfu restore. i ll let it be for an hour. lets see

Its been almost 30 Minutes. ITs stuck at Installing. No Apple Logo or Progress Bar on the Laptop. No Fan Spin Either

Reflowed the NANDs. Did a Restore. Now its ON. Maybe the solder wasnt good enough.
