Macbook A2141 PPBUS at 12.3V

PPBUS at 12.3V
AMP Meter at 5v with very low current.
Board is clean.

Tried entering DFU but couldn't . Tried via FORCE DFU method. Still couldn't .
PP3V3_G3H_SOCPMU is 0V (Diode mode is 0.420)

Pin 1 is 3.3V
Pin 2 is 0V No Shorts.

Seems Blown to me.
Went ahead and replaced it.
Now PPBUS is 4V. Amp Meter won't turn on. Voltages on the board are pulsing

I assumed the resistor I replaced was bad.
Removed resistor - Pin 1 is 3.3V // PPBUS is back to 12.3V

Replaced another resistor - PPBUS back to 4V and amp meter won't turn on.

I suspect U7800.
Check in diode mode its LDOs and coils.
One of caps connected to pin 2/R7900 may alse be leaky.

PP3v3_G3H_T was shorted. Injected Voltage and replaced the corresponding cap
