No liquid Damage.

PPBUS_G3H Diode mode to ground is .435.

PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3HRTC is also pulsing

Remove F7000 and check C7050 voltage.

Resolder F7000 and check diode mode to ground on PPBUS_G3H.
Also check at all big coils.

Remove R6934/5 and see where the short remains.

Removed Both R6934 and R6935.

PP3V3_G3H_RTC is shorted.

Test injecting voltage there; start with 1V, no more than 4V.
Something should go hot.

CC726 was heating up. Replaced. Machine now boots up. Solved. If any issue will definitely let you know.
