I am sorry i am a bit confused, so R7900 Should read 0 ohm in order to be good ? My new question is I don't have an exact donor board here , Do you have any suggestions where else can i find another resistor with the same capacity ? (R7900)

The resistors have resistance; the capacitance is unwanted for any resistor.
The capacitance is the basic property of the capacitors.

0 ohm resistor can be replaced by a tiny cable; 0.03-0.1 mm is good enough.

I jumped R7900 but still the same readind on my USB meter , its still stuck on 5.22 v 0.002 amp and 0.00 watts, Let me know what other suggestion that you might have.
