Macbook A2337 820-02016 restore issue

Got MacBook Air A2337 with prohibition symbol. Thought was easy only to restore in DFU and indeed worked.
After testing everything looked good till I put the machine in standby, I see again the restore symbol on the screen.

Basically I realised that I can use normal the machine but as soon I turn it off or put it in stand by after closing the screen, the MacBook goes in a boot loop.
Precisely restarts by itself and shows the prohibition symbol and I cannot go in option menu, just keeps boot looping till I dfu restore it again.

I did not work much on this board, but looks in mind condition inside. Any idea what could be wrong?

Any history available?
Did this happen after trying macOS upgrade?

Try to install original macOS version; start with SHIFT + OPTION + COMMAND + R.

how do I install original macOS version from the power button menu of M1?
starting with SHIFT + OPTION + COMMAND + R, doesn't work just boots into Macinstosh HD

Gives no issues. I have to restore the machine in DFU if I put in stand by for longer than 30 min more or less, if there battery goes low, or if I turn it off. Machine was not in use from 1 year, but inside is like new

Change security settings to allow USB boot.
Then boot Big Sur, or Monterey from USB; lets see if is software issue.
