PPBUS is cycling from 9V to 12.3V
Stuck at 5V.

With Fuse connected one port amp draw is significantly higher than the other.

Removed the FUSE. F5200
I get 12.3V stable at C5255.

Client said it just stopped charging and eventually the battery drained.

Both ports should have the same behavior.
Check and compare diode mode readings between both CD3217 areas.

Test the machine with charged battery also.

Replaced both. UF400 was cracked. After replacement corresponding port is stable at 5V.
UF500 replaced because it was rebooting. Now amp meter wont turn on the corresponding port.

The chip was bad. Replaced.
Now again UF400 starts rebooting and UF500 is stable. I do no understand.

Once is CD3217b12 and the other CD3217b13. Can that be the issue ?

Replaced both with same CD3217b12. Still issue persists.

Now removed the fuse. Getting 12.3V stable at Pin 1 on both ports with no amp meter reboot. Meaning issue on PPBUS side and no issue on CD3217 side. is my analysis correct?

There is differential amp draw on both ports still .

PP1v8_s2 diode to ground .105 - but not taking much amps

U8100 heating up slightly at a single point along the left side. I think it's the PP1v8_s2 point. this line goes upto 1.8V and pulses.
Can DFU solve the issue ?

didn't work.
After removing U8100. PP1v_s2 is still .110 at diode mode.
Taking very little amps and nothing is heating up on the thermal cam.
