Hello,
Have a Macbook A2338 . If i plug in the amp meter, it reboots in 2-3 seconds. The voltage jumps from 5V to 20V and the it reboots. (On both USB C Ports).

The board is completely clean. No Dust, No Corrosion.

Diode Mode Readings (Red to Ground)
PP3v3_S2 is .260
PP1v25_S2 is .240

You should check diode mode readings in more power rails; compare with good board.
Remove F5200 and check if C5250 voltage is stable.

The machine randomly switched on once. Then it shut down instantly after 2-3 mins.
Removed the Fuse. Getting a stable 12.3V at C5250.

Hi, The device is still crashing even after a successful restore. It was fin yesterday night. Today morning it switched on in recovery mode. I reloaded the MacOS. Worked for sometime. I checked after sometime to find that its not getting on again.

No liquid sign, but what the client said about how the fault came on.

Next time you get it starting, test in diagnostic mode.

Client said that the fault came on suddenly. Yes - no liquid sign.
I can again try Restore and it might come on again.
I will get back.

This morning it was on and recovery again asking to reload the OS. I did a restart and it booted into the MacOS (very weird).
Performed Diagnostics and i got error PPP020 - "There may be an issue with the Power Port".

Maybe because the charger wasnt connected.

What to do now ?

Yeah, the error was caused by missing charger.

Check if the machine is still covered by Apple warranty.
