Macbook Came in Apple Logo Progress Bar Getting Stuck at 70%. Customer wanted Data.
In Recovery i could see the Data Volume being unmounted and was unable to mount it back.
Performed a Mac OS restore. The device freezes half way through. I get the trackpad click and charging chime but no activity.
I try it 2-3 times. Same Result.

I perform a DFU restore. Successful. But No Touchbar Display.
Touch functions work but no display on the touchbar.

THe Sleep wake Sensor also doesnt work

No Liquid on the board.
UR301 voltages are ok.

The Sleep Wake Sensor also doesnt work

So the problem is no sleep, not viceversa.

Right sensor is on the audio flex and left sensor on the MLB (JR200).
Both signals must go down when lid is close.
You can test JR200 approaching a magnet; when board is alone on the desk.

Board on Desk. Display Connected via Display Extension Flex .

Approched JR200 with a Magnet. Device Does not sleep.

Voltages are 1.8V
For Pin 2 - Checked at TP
For Pin 3 - Checked at CR300

With Board on Desk and JR900 disconnected - Still AMR_Right_OR_ND_1v8 is also high.

Right signal stays high, if audio flex is disconnected; that's normal.
But left signals should drop approaching the magnet; bad sensor.

Before going for the sensor replacement. I checked the bare board on desk.
Strangely PPBUs was 12V.
Machine was on and booting like normal.
So i decided to do a DFU Restore with just the board and it gets stuck half way at Installing System.

I get cancel it. and put the board back on. It switches on normally.
If i close the LID. The mac wont sleep. But if i open the LID - the mac is frozen. Cursor Moves/ TP Haptic is there. But Nothing Opens. Did a DFU Revive with everything connected. Still the same

Edit:
Now i disconnect the JR900 flex. Now After closing and opening the LID - the machine works - will not freeze. The sleep issue remains.

I replace the Audio Flex and I/O Board. Freezing issue resolved. The but the machine will still not go to sleep

I just checked.
Board alone on DESK.
Approaching a Magnet.
AMR_LEFT_OR_ND_1V8 goes low when the Magnet is close to the sensor.

Connected a Display extension flex and did the same thing.
the voltage drops to 0V but the screen does not go to sleep.

Sensor is Okay that means

You still have problems with right sensor; pin 3 must go low too.
I think right lid sensor is on the speaker cable.

Just for test, tie together pins 2 & 3 of UR300.
