Macbook A2338 No Display ; Suspected Sensor Issue

3V3_SW_LCD_CONN was 0.8V . Typing Error there.

PP3V3_S2 is 0.8V (Checked at CP710)
EDP_PANEL_PWR_EN is 1.8V
PP3V3_SW_LCD is 0.8V

So you real problem is 3V3_S2 power rail missing!
Check it first on diode mode.
If no short, post UC710 voltages.

DIODE MODE TO GROUND IS .441

Checkng with Bare Board on bench.
Voltages of UC710
PPBUS_AON_3VS2_VIN_ISNS is 12V
PP3VS2_SW is 0.9V
PP3VS2_FB IS 0.7V
PP3VS2_VOS IS 0.9V
PP3V3S2_PGOOD IS 0.9V
PP3VS2_EN IS 1.8V
PP3V3S2_SS IS 2.4V

First check RC713 value (ohm scale).
In fact, check all RC709-13 and their traces.
If all good, change UC710.

RC713/12 - 15K Ohms and Increasing
RC711 - 2.2 K OHMS
RC710 - 0.6 Ohms
RC709- 15.5 Ohms

Please advice.

Unsolder it to check properly.
High value resistors can't be testet onboard correctly.
Keep it solder one pin on the board; this way avoids to lose it.
