No Image. No Backlight.
Board is as clean as new.
I get external Display.

Do not have another LCD to check. Any way to verify if its a board fault or not

Do you get correct voltage on JP600's power lines?
LPDP_INT_HPD comes high?

Check diode mode to ground on LPDP_DATA/AUX lines.

Bare Board on Bench.
LPDP_INT_HPD is pulsing from 0V to 0.7V

Diode Mode to Ground.
LPDP_INT_HPD is .329

LPDP_DATA/AUX lines are all Ground as per the schematics i have. Please reconfirm.

A few which are not Ground like LPDP_INT_AUX_C_N and adjacent are .385

"LPDP_DATA/AUX lines are all Ground"
I don't understand what you've meant.
Did you even check them in diode mode?

No need to connect LCD for diode mode readings.
But no reason at all to check voltages without LCD connected!

No readings in diode mode should be OL (Open Line).
And that is normal, as each line has serie capacitor for separation; but not grounded, as you've said.

What about mentioned power lines voltage?

Hi , i noticed one thing today.
With Battery connected the AMP Meter is at 20V and the machine turns on and i get external display.
With Battery Disconnected the AMP Meter is Cycling. It goes upto 20V stays there for 4-6 seconds and then reboots on all 3 USB C Ports. (96W Adapter)

Is it a power issue ?

Its stable on Magsafe.

UPC_I2C_INT_L Diode Mode Readings is .290

On USB-C:

With Battery Connected it is Fluctuating between 0.3V to 1.2V
Without Battery Connected it is 0V.

Low voltage denotes a problem with one CD3217 chip connected there.
May be not the chip itself, but its corresponding port.

THE USB_C cycling issue is on all 3 ports.

JP600 Power Rails with Bare Board on Bench connected with Magsafe
PP1V8_S2 is 1.8V
I2C_SMC_SNS0_SCL_1V8 IS 1.8V
I2C_SMC_SNS0_SCL_1V8 IS 1.8V
EDP_PANEL_1V8_EN fluctuating between 0V to 1.8V

Please advise how to proceed ?

For the internal video problem, you must check JP600's power rails with battery connected; not when power cycling.
Internal LCD must also be connected.

So must check pins 4, 32, 34 and 37/38.
Find proper test points, as you can't reach the pins with LCD connected.

Pin 4 1.8V
Pin 32 - Coudnt find a Test Point
Pin 34 - Coudnt find a Test Point
Pin 37/38 is 3.7V

On Magsafe as well the light goes off and comes back on randomly.
There is a inherent power issue on both Magsafe and USB C

not cycling in dfu with Batt Connected.

Did a succesful DFU Revive too.

Issue not solved .
