I have tried all the DFU method and macbook refused to get into DFU, i am not sure if that could be a nand failure , would you suggest some power rails that could be be the culprit?

Thank you

"command R and power button it would not allow me to go into DFU mode"
That is not the way to go into DFU.
Did you try external switch method?

What happens when you try the classic method, with just power button?
This machine gives even video, so should enter DFU...

Hello , I was able to get that macbook in DFU MODE , However , i am getting this error message saying system can not be restored on this device, libusbrestore error:21
-ox15(21)
I reviewed all the nand lines and they are all fine as we checked last time , but still getting error while restoring.
Can i get any help please?

You may have corroded traces, or solders under NAND chips.
Also possible internal damage of NANDs.

Check all components from page 12.
Just in case, try reflashing SPI NOR; make backup first.
