Macbook A2779 - Charging Issue

Macbook works totally fine.
When the battery dies - it wont charge. Stuck at 5V with 0.016 Amps.
Now if you disconnect and reconnect the battery or just disconnect and reconnect the small battery flex and the plug in the charger. It ll draw 20V and start charging and the machine will boot.

Battery Health is at 93% with Battery Condition Normal.

(Same Thing happens whether you use Magsafe or USB-C).

Revive was a failure. Stuck halfway at Installing.

It boots alone on adapter without battery

Did that. Same. Once you shut down the machine even with 80% charge. it wont turn back on until battery connector is unscrewed and screwed

Disconnecting battery data cable has the same effect?

Disconnect touch ID and use power pads from MLB (if has).

Disconnecting Battery Data Cable does not have the same effect anymore. It had previously but now now. I guess after unsuccessful DFU attempts.

Disconnected the touch id. (Why to use the Power Pads for?)

The machine switches on when opening the LID.
I shut it down. Now wont turn on again.

When the machine Powers off with the Amp Meter connected, The Amp Meter reboots and gets stuck at 5V.

Resistance Across Pins
C5220 is 3.5 Ohms
C5260 is 3.4 Ohms (Positioned a bit Different here but its the only small cap around U5200 with the same size as the C5220)

I have an Observation that might be of help.
Without Battery Connected:
When Machine is on - SYS_DETECT is 4V.
When Machine is Off with Charger Disconnected - 1.8V

With Battery Connected:
When Machine is on - SYS_DETECT is 4V.
When Machine is Off with Charger Disconnected - 4V

Should'nt SYS_DETECT drop ??

Drops when and why?
Don't make confusion between SYS_DETECT and SYS_DETECT_L!!!

Do you still have the jumper on R5150?

Thoroughly observing the board
Burst Caps and Resistors around the U5700 chip.

Couldnt see becasue of a black shield.

Issue Resolved.
PP3V8AON_BST2/3 were the affected lines.
