macbook air 13 2017 working very slow when battery get below 75%

Macbook air 13 2017 had liquid damage, after cleaning the board in Ultrasonic system worked fine ,charging fine, when battery full until 75% works fine ,when battery drop below 75% the system start work very slow and glitchy , i replaced new battery still doing the same .
the voltage on PPBUS_G3H will drop to 7.8v when battery below 75% . when i plug the charger it works totally fine even with low battery charge .

which battery? A1377 or A1496? Does it have any funny sensor readings if you use hwmonitor ?

Battery A1496 , Tried 2 new batteries but doing the same , it is working totally fine without any issue , when battery get below 75% stat working very slow , PPBUS_ will drop from 8.6v to 7.8v .
