macbook air 13'' 820-00165 no backlight

hello,

the board was first not turning on, i replaced the C5017 and C 5010 because it was corroded and now it does turn on but i dont get backlight,
also the fan is not spinning but.. i have already replaced the backlight driver but still the same, when i plug in the charger the voltage on backlight drops slowly from around 19V to 8.49V

Do you get USB activity?
Test known good compatible LCD assembly.
Check XW7720 integrity and read sticky post about Air backlight issues...
