MacBook Air 13 820-01521 not charging correctly

I have MacBook Air which is not charging correctly, machine drain over 1 A when screen is on, when powered off, shows current going into it is 0.00A. Once powered back on drains only 0.45A, after reconnecting charger back to normal charging.
tried C-type side boards a few, different chargers cables. tried another battery no luck.
board looks clean no corrosion.
Any ideas on this?

Machine charges battery only after disconnect/reconnect the charger?
Did you test with known good battery?

correct, machine is charging battery only after reconnect the charger.
yes I tried 2 new batteries they acting exactly like the original one.

Save data and try DFU restore.
