I have an 820-00165-A with no image.

The F7700 has 8.6V, and 8.6V on EDP_BKLT_EN/Q7707.
D7701 has 0.02
BKL_EN = 0.012V
BLK_PWM = 0.012V

Need help please.

Stop looking for backlight when missing image.

Do you get voltage at pins 14, and18/19 of J8300?
Check with LCD connected.

Pins 18/19 MUST get voltage in the first few seconds (when chime).
This voltage is not maintained, if pin 14 will not go high in this time.
And of course, image and backlight are not enabled.

Hello Informaticos, D7701 is running 8.5 on both ends R7704 has a voltage of 1.5 should be 3.3 right ? you think U7701 is bad ?

8.5V at D7701 means LCD is recognized; there should be also image.

1.5V at PWM is classic when no backlight.
First try PRAM reset 2-3 times.
If still the same, remove R7704 and tie together BKL_EN/PWM.

Do you have now 3V at BKL_EN/PWM?
Did you check XW7720?
Post diode mode to ground at both pins of D7701 and all return resistors.
Look for corrosion at A5 ball of U7701.

That bright point between L7701 and D7701 is just XW7720!!!
And looks good in your case.

Think a bit more next time, before doing such afirmation...
