MacBook Air 2020 820-01958-04 short on logicboard

I have a MacBook Air 2020 and the logicboard seems clean. I used a thermal camera and I can see it's getting hot in one area. Please check the attached photos and let me know your thoughts.

Also on USB C charger, I'm getting 20.6V and A is going up and down. max I'm getting 1.6A and then it goes to 90A

Do you get correct PPBUS_G3H?
