Hi friends i have a Macbook Air that does not turn on, it does not have liquid damage.

F7140 voltage 8.1V present

What about 3V3_S5 AND 3V3_SUS then?
We use such notations since years on the forum.

How did you "extract" it and didn't see 3V3_SUS in that expresion?
Put some logic on your job.

SMC_PM_G2_EN comes high?

Sorry, i got a little confused since i don´t have much experience repairing mac and i literally searched for the line you asked me for.

I made the measurements on the lines you asked me to

3V3_S5 0v
3V3_SUS 0v

SMC_PM_G2_EN 0V

ok, i changed the smc ic and now the lights turn on green and then orange without a battery connected, the fan does not start either

Missing PM_SLP_SUS_L signal?

Post PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN, PM_BATLOW_L, PM_RSMRST_L and the 4 PCH's RTC signals.

i dont have oscilloscope but with multimeter show
something when i conect the power wire and keeped 0V
so i assume the signal PM_SLP_SUS_L its ok

PM_DSW_PWRGD 3.4V
PCH_DSWVRMEN 3.2V
PM_BATLOW_L 3.3V
PM_RSMRST_L 0V

RTC_RESET_L 3.3V
PCH_SRTCRST_L 3.3V
PCH_INTRUDER_L 3.0V
PCH_INTVRMEN 3.2V

Why do you think is good then???
Stop making wrong assumptions!

Which donor board did you get the SMC?
Are you sure is properly soldered?
If yes, then you have PCH issue.
Just in case, heat it with quality flux; to burn eventually accumulated crap underneath.
