Did you try another fan?
Check around J6000, Q6060, U6010.

Yes 2 new fans and same thing, J6000, Q6060, U6010 all look clean, after I tried a new IO board and flex it worked fine, but I put the old IO and flex back on and it is also working fine. I will leave it alone now that it works and hope it won't come back.

You probably had bad contacts on LIO connector...
