MacBook Air 820-3437-B fans spin at max RPM

MacBook Air 820-3437-B fans spin at max RPM as soon as the MacBook is turned on, no water damage either, MacBook functions totally fine but with fans at max RPM.

The weird part is that when we got the MacBook the problem was not there, after a few restarts its back, temperature reading from all sensors are fine.

ASD reports error with: Motor unable to stabilize between min and max limits, attachment shows full report.

Did you try another fan?
Check around J6000, Q6060, U6010.

Yes 2 new fans and same thing, J6000, Q6060, U6010 all look clean, after I tried a new IO board and flex it worked fine, but I put the old IO and flex back on and it is also working fine. I will leave it alone now that it works and hope it won't come back.

You probably had bad contacts on LIO connector...
