MacBook Air A1466 820-00165 No Power with Orange light

I got macbook air A1466 no power with orange light on charger but not turning on when we connect with power supply it takes 0.02 amps, could you help me out ?

Post exact PPBUS_G3H voltage; only charger, no battery connected.
If present, check also 3V3_S5/SUS.
