Macbook Air A1466 - 820-00165 Not detect ssd

I changed logic board and the newboard cant detect ssd
i have external usb hd and when i put it in usb port with out booting from it the motherboard detect the ssd
and when i remove the usb drive the motherboard cant detect it again
i think something in the bios but i dont have idea to update it or take the old files from the harddisk

First of all, welcome to the forum!

You probably have High Sierra, or newer macOS installed.
New board BIOS doesn't support APFS.
Take an empty SSD and do a fresh install; this way BIOS is automatically updated.
Then put back original SSD...
