Hello,
Macbook Not getting on. One of the Tantalum Capacitors was blown. Replaced it. No Short on PPBUS but.
U3220 was corroded. Replaced that too.
Have Magsafe light on the charger. PPBUS is 8.59V

SMC_ON_OFF_L is 3.3V

No ALL_SYS_PWRGD // PM_SLP_S4_L.

Do you get 3V3_S5/SUS?

3v3_s5 is 3.3V
3v3_sus is 2.6V

Not good; check diode mode there.
Try replacing U8020.
