Macbook Air A1932 820-01521 Battery will not charged

Hey everyone, I have a MacBook Air with a battery that isn't charging. On U3200 (PP20V_USBC_XA_VBUS), I'm getting 20V but 0A, and on U3100 (PP20V_USBC_XB_VBUS), I'm seeing 5V at 0.264A. Can anyone recommend a solution?
