My multimeter sees a stable voltage on the big coils.
I found a short circuit on the line VSS_ANA_MPMU, this is where the U8100 heats up. Does it make sense ?

VSS is a ground pin; no short there (is normal).

Whether reballing U8100 and U7700 can help ?.
