Hello, I'm a novice when it comes to board repairs, and in identifying where is the first place I must start testing for any particular readings or issues.
I've got a macbook A2681 M2 2022, which have had a liquid spill, it comes on but there's no backlight, when a light is shine on the screen I am able to see an image, and it also works with an external monitor.
The connector on the motherboard (I think JP600), where the LCD is connected, has a burnt pin in it.
Is the burnt pin the issue on the connector or is it something else why the backlight isn't working?
