For M1 Pro, you can change the LCD assembly, but will get a weird image.
Several shadows, especially on top side, also when you move a folder icon on the desktop.
Tested with 3 M1 Pro 14", all with same problem.
Such replacement finally needs a calibration, which can be done with Apple GSX account only.
Not sure for M2, but I suppoose to be similar.
