MacBook Pro 13 A2289 820-01987 not powering on

Get this machine not powering on, no sign of liquid etc. board looks clean.
after connecting meter it switch to 20v 0.47A than jump 0.25A .
Under thermal camera I can see U3900 warm up to around 40C, CPU gets power CPUcore_SW1 for a 10s and then current meter goes to 20V 0 A .
Any idea what more should I check?

What the client said about how the failure appeared?

Is the machine recognized into DFU?

Asked cusomter he said machine just did not power on one day its some company machine so hard to say even for them. I did tried but did not show in DFU for me

If you get CPU core voltage (even few seconds), machine should be able to enter DFU.
Did you try external switch method?

You didn't say what happens in DFU.
I supposed that you already fixed it...
