Macbook Pro 15 (820-3332) quarter spin

The logic board had water damage around U9420 and when connect magsafe have green light then orange ,fans make looping quarter spin, PPBUS_G3H is steady 12.55V but PP3V3_S0 is from 3.3V to 0V

Fix the quarter spin it was the trace on R5120 but now I have black screen and no chime ,cpu getting hot and ppvcore_s0_cpu is 1.1V

Do you have USB activity?
Check with mouse, or boot pendrive (with LED).

No USb activity ,try with mouse no lights

Power to GPU present? It could be anything really, inspect better for corrosion everywhere.

What I notice that when I have quarter spin the on SPI chip (U6100) I have fluctuating voltage from 3.3V to 0V on pin 5 and 6 and after i fix traces no more quarter spin but no voltage on that two pin

SOLVED reprogram new bios All works now
